Are the exercises something that you can do by yourself? Does the software have a nutrition tracker? Is there a weight tracker? One important thing about the fitness software is the availability of an app that you can have on your mobile phones, there is nothing better than being able to be away from the computer and still enter the data about your food and exercise.
